Carbon Bridge is an independent company that connects emission reduction projects with carbon buyers and investors worldwide. We are based in South East Asia and specialise in the Mekong Region. We identify projects and work with developers to help them realise the carbon value of their projects. We provide a range of services including:
- Preparing of Project Design Documents – PDDs
- Co-ordinating the community consultation process
- Co-ordinating Host Country Approval
- Co-ordinating of the Validation and Verification audits
- Arranging the sale of carbon credits to optimise the value and impact of each project
Our objective is to support the uptake of sustainable energy in South East Asia, thereby supporting worldwide efforts to combat climate change and contribute locally towards sustainable development.
Carbon Bridge has experience in all the main carbon regimes, including the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) of the Kyoto Protocol, the Voluntary Carbon Standards (VCS) and Gold Standard certification.
